Bonnie Brasure has been enticing customers to Bleu Door Bakery’s express window in Vancouver’s Uptown Village with her mad pastry chef skills since 2011. When the bakery expanded in 2014, she was able to introduce her savory side with a full sit-down breakfast and lunch menu, as well as weekend brunch, special-event winemaker’s dinners and the occasional vegan happy hour (Read more in The Messenger).
