On Saturday, November 18 from 5-9 p.m., treat your taste buds to the flavors of Southwest Washington prepared by our regions’ top chefs. Change the food system with your pocketbook and support Slow Food Southwest Washington by securing your seat at the Second Annual Taste Renaissance, held at Warehouse ’23. The mission of Slow Food SW Washington is to inspire people to enjoy, grow, and share wholesome local food.

2. Raise the next generation of youth food activists

3. Expand the market share for local farmers through networking and marketing

This multi-course feast will be held at Warehouse 23, located at 100 Columbia St., Ste. 102, Vancouver, and include top producers and chefs from Klickitat to Pacific County. Southwest Washington's most exciting ingredients will be highlighted including cranberries, cave aged cheeses, chestnuts, pastured meats, and micro milled heirloom polenta.
